Fox Lane Motors was first opened in the 1950s by Doug Foxlane, a board member of the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce. Foxlane’s workshop quickly gained a reputation for expert repairs and quality customer service. Current owners Kon and Anna have made Fox Lane Motors into a local family owned and operated business, continuing the Fox Lane tradition of services and repairs, offering mechanical services to drives of all vehicles, backgrounds and walks of life in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Kon himself began his career in automotive repair in his native Greece, moving to Australia in 1984 to ply his trade with BP as a repairer. He then moved into coaches, working as a general repairer for Firefly Coaches and Kastoria Buslines, all the while filling his own fuel tank at Fox Lane Motors himself. Buying the business in 1992, he and partner Anna bring over 60 years of automotive repair experience to the workshop, priding themselves on customer service, quality repairs, and a warm atmosphere.
